Minimum 2 night stay, 50% deposit due at time of reservation
Rates include a self serve continental breakfast. Juice, coffee, yogurt, fresh muffins or bread, and fruit or snack will be offered for breakfast during the Antique Fair.
During Seasonal Events, Antique Weeks and Holiday policies:
A two night minimum stay is required during seasonal events, antique weeks and holidays. In order to make a reservation during seasonal rates, full payment is required. The full payment will be returned if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival.

Late Check-Out -- 3pm $50 Surcharge
We can make arrangements for early and late check-ins, please inquire
